Grant Park Recreation Center Yoga Classes!
Free yoga classes with Alyson Laura! The classes are Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm. This is suitable for all skill levels and even for beginners who have never tried Yoga before. The classes are free, so there's no reason not to come. For more info contact Mrs. Laura at alysonnelaura@gmail.com.

Gyrokinesis® Exercise Classes Come to Grant Park!
GYROKINESIS® movement training is now being taught at Nirvana Yoga on Thursday afternoons from 4:30 – 5:30 in Grant Park. Gyrokinesis combines yoga with movement, breathing, and continuous flow to develop improved body awareness, core strength and flexibility.

Science Tutoring
Science tutoring available in all subjects, including AP, from middle school to high school, with a certified, experienced teacher who lives in the neighborhood.
