From physical traits to kids who act like their parents or share a common bond like a love of sports or dance, this documentary will explore the various ways parents influence their children’s lives.
Selected talent will be invited to participate in a simple Skype interview. If the recorded Skype interview is used in the final product, there will be compensation.
TO BE CONSIDERED, please submit the following to email@example.com (1 L in stiL):
-a family photo
-child’s date of birth
-phone number and email address
-skype contact (either username or email/number associated with the account)
-a brief paragraph detailing a) your biggest challenge as a parent and b) your favorite thing to do with your child

Atlanta Streets Alive: Southside
April 23, 2017, 2:00pm - April 23, 2017, 5:00pm
The streets of Atlanta will spring to life on Sunday, April 23rd as a 4-mile stretch of street from Grant Park to Westview is opened to people on foot and bike, and closed to motorized traffic (except for intersections where cars will be free to cross.) Organized by the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition, this is our first Atlanta Streets Alive (ASA) of the year! This expansion of the Historic West End route will connect 7 Atlanta neighborhoods via Ralph David Abernathy Blvd and Georgia Ave. Neighborhoods include Westview, West End, Adair Park, Pittsburgh, Mechanicsville, Summerhill, and Grant Park. Grab your friends and family and get ready to activate the streets with human-powered amusement! Question: What exactly do we do? Answer: We close the streets to cars and open them to people! Question: What should you do? Answer: Bring your bicycle or your feet, and get ready to explore your community streets in a safer, healthier, more livable way. Stay tuned for information about the Bicycle Parade which will start at 2pm. Read more about the initiative at www.atlantastreetsalive.com/april2017
